Responsibilities:

1、 Achieve sales target assigned by company.

2、 Establish & maintenance the relationship with channel partner.

3、 Build and maintain good relationship with key person in account to lead continuous business from targeted accounts.

4、 Promote product & solution on customer side with certified distributor.

5、 Implement company channel policy in assigned territory & distributor

6、 Work with Sales director for making marketing strategy & action plan.

7、 Develop new distributor in new market.

8、 Push & close sales order and payment collection from assigned distributor.

9、 Regular report market and distributor information by weekly & monthly.

Job Required Knowledge:

1、 Bachelor degree required, related Mechanism design preferred

2、 Familiar with channel management

3、 Job related competencies: Strong skills in Sales Fundamentals (listening, analyzing, problem solving, lead qualifying, negotiating, persevering, closing)

4、 Inter-personal communication ability and team spirit. Good English ability in oral & writing

Desired Background:

1、 University Degree and equivalent, Tianjin residence.

2、 Sales experience in mechanism industry is preferred.
