Your role The internship is focused on preparing the market introduction of an AGV-based intralogistics solution (as part of the overall TRUMPF smart factory portfolio, i.e. the solution has to be integrated with existing systems and solutions) There are three main tasks to be fulfilled Verification of the existing solution for the Chinese market: Does the solution fit the market needs and requirements? In case of limitations, what could be possible mitigation measures? Customer business case: Determine how the proposed solution will become economical for local customers by considering invest, possible direct and indirect savings. During this process possible pitfalls should be pointed out and customer benefits clearly described Pre-scanning of AGV supplier market in China for possible cooperation partners in this area: Define assessment criteria, compile list of possible candidates and create company profiles for further investigation Apart from the core project, the intern is expected to support other tasks assigned from the direct supervisor per business requirement Your profile Bachelor′s or Master′s degree from international or top Chinese University, majors in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Mechanical Engineering, Production Management … Initial experience in a technical or production environment, experience in system projects, Industry 4.0, application development or machine operation is a plus Good technical understanding about production technology, software management tools and production management Ability to understand complex problems, develop creative solutions and present these solutions in a well-organized and easy-tounderstand way Precision and high detail-orientation Strong oral and written communication skills Able to work independently and with strong self-motivation Strong team player Good working knowledge in MS Excel and other analytics tools and systems Chinese is native language, fluent in English Your benefits State-of-the-art work environment with the latest technology Early assumption of responsibility and varied tasks Broad range of training offers Respectful and appreciative corporate culture
