JOB PURPOSE 岗位目标:

In this position, you will be expected to learn the ins-and-outs of our daily routines and procedures. You will focus on learning how ourganization runs. You will work together with our regular employee to responsible for Innovation programs.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES 岗位职责:

- Be a part of the Innovation team and support the delivery of projects

作为创新团队的一员，支持项目的交付

- Work with team members to ensure plans are implemented in accordance with timeline and financial expectations

与团队成员合作，确保计划按照时间表和财务预期执行

- Contribute constructively to meetings and workshops

建设性地参与会议和研讨会

- Work with Corporates / startups to understand their progress and needs

与大企业或初创公司合作，了解他们的进展和需求

- Identify and manage new areas for program development, new business development and program execution, develop partnerships with various industry groups and communities to form partnership

识别和管理新项目开发、新业务开发和项目执行的领域，与各种行业团体和社区建立伙伴关系，形成伙伴关系

- Assist in preparing information and research reports; create and maintain PowerPoint presentations for projects

协助准备资料和研究报告;为项目创建和更新PPT

- Research and gather documentation on company position in the industry for marketing promotion

为执行公司营销目标，收集和分析公司在行业的定位和市场反馈

- Attend company functions and networking events for BD and marketing purpose

参加公司组织的各种项目和活动，提高公司的业务拓展能力和营销

- Other tasks assigned by supervisor.

JOB HOLDER’S COMPETENCIES & EXPERIENCE 能力和经验要求:

- Interested in startup development and China innovation market

对创业发展和中国创新市场有兴趣

- Detail-oriented and proactive

注重细节、积极主动

- At least intermediate Chinese proficiency to coordinate with local partners

至少具有中级中文水平，能与当地合作伙伴协调工作

- Entrepreneurial mindset and working attitude

创业心态和工作态度

- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)

优秀的电脑操作能力

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Fluent Chinese is a plus

出色的英语读写和沟通能力；会流利中文的优先

- Self-directed and able to work without supervision

独立工作的能力

- Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas
