戴森工程与技术学院(Dyson Institute of Engineering and Technology)位于威尔特郡的马姆斯伯里镇，占地67英亩，于2017年九月正式开放。戴森投入3150万英镑用于帮助缓解英国工程师匮乏的处境。戴森将支付学生们四年课程的全部学费，其中包含了第一年和第二年的工程学基础知识。 课程在第三年和第四年将教授电子和机械工程学。与此同时，他们还将在戴森的全球工程团队中带薪工作，接触真实的工程项目，参与开发未来的戴森技术。

Sales 销售

As a grad, you will be a long-term asset to the China organization, and grow alongside with the business. Acting as sales executive to get familiar with all sell in/sell out related details and develop customer insight and solid data analytic skill for different sales channels.

Digital & Direct 数字营销及用户运营

As a grad, you will have chance to develop yourself through a wide spectrum of opportunities, grow into high value talents with solid business knowledge of digital marketing, data marketing, CRM operations, and advanced analytics.

Communication 企业传播

As a grad, you llsupport the Floor Care communications team in the development and management of public relations programs for mainland China to maximize brand exposure across print, online, social media, events and through word of mouth.

RDD 研发

As a grad, you will be working as a Web Developer, designing, developing and deploying world class Web Apps for worldwide market. You are responsible to develop world class mobile apps and cloud services by working closely with key stakeholders and other cross-site development centres.

Finance 财务

As a grad, you will need to prepare and publish standard reporting on daily, weekly and/or monthly basis, participate and support monthly financial cycles, support FP&A managers on all commercial finance aspects. Being a business partner to retail/marketing/digital teams and giving analytical support to the FP&A team.

Legal 法务

As a grad, you will provide proactive PA and administrative support to Lead Legal Counsel and Dyson China Legal Tea. Assist Lead legal counsels in development of standard contracts, guide internal clients on applicability of templates and provide legal opinions on amendments to NDAs and simple contracts assigned by legal counsels.

Marketing 市场

As a grad, you can explore the whole world of Marketing, including brand strategy, product innovation, business management and consumer interaction etc.

HR 人力资源

As a grad, you will learn from doing & reflecting under Dyson Group/Dyson Grads program, supporting HR department from crossing over all HR functions to contribute to HR execution.
