Digital Design Engineer （Chengdu/Beijing）
Responsibilities：

1. Participate and responsible for module level/sub model level RTL design/integration based on the system /module requirements.

2. Finish the design logic requirements spec, low level design spec and RTL design and Unit test for IP.

3. Finish the Integration spec, and Unit test for integration.

Requirements:

1. Master degree in Microelectronics, Integrated Circuit or related field.

2. Self-drive /high efficiency work mode, recognize Engineer culture

3. Know the RTL Design Flow, basic Design partition, basic FIFO, Async, FSM circuit design.

4. Fluent in both oral and written English.

5. Good communication skills and teamwork spirit, creative and initiative.

Digital Verification Engineer （Chengdu/Beijing）
Responsibilities：

1. Participate and responsible for module level/sub model level verification.

2. Make the verification plan/test case, extract the test feature, make the test plan and generate the verification report.

Requirements:

1. Master degree in Microelectronics, Integrated Circuit or related field.

2. Self-drive /high efficiency work mode, recognize engineer culture.

3. Know the verification basic flow and verification principle.

4. Fluent in both oral and written English.

Analog Layout Engineer （Beijing）
Responsibilities：

1. Design the analog layout in power management & codec products.

2. Verification of analog circuit（DRC/ANT/LVS/ERC/PEX）.

3. Cooperate with the circuit engineer to debug layout.

4. Participate in relevant testing work.

5. Complete related design documentation.

6. Successful tapeout experience is preferred.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics or related specialty.

2. Experience in layout design for power management projects is preferred.

3. Familiar with different packages for layout influences.

4. Good communication skills, team spirit, fast learning ability.

5. Familiar with the semiconductor process and structures of devices.

Analog Design Engineer （Beijing）
Responsibilities：

1. Design analog integrated circuit in power management & codec products.

Embedded Software Engineer （Beijing）
Responsibilities：

1. Writing Bare-metal case for the chip blocks.

2. Testing the interface module function, analysis of interface timing sequence.

3. Support customer development.

Requirements:

1. Master's degree in computer science, radio communication, microelectronics or related field.

2. Familiar with C/C ，knowledge on assembly language.

3. Basic knowledge of chip testing, CPU/GPU and other complex modules.

4. Embedded or chip relative experience is a plus.

AI Algorithm Engineer（Shanghai/Chengdu）
Responsibilities:

1. Design and development of AI algorithms for embedded devices (Mobile and IoT), includes Face Detection/Recognition, Object Tracking, Object Recognition, Gesture Recognition and Video Diagnosis etc.

2. Performance optimization for AI algorithms.

3. Following state-of-the-art deep learning algorithms and papers on image processing and computer vision.

Requirements:

1. PhD or MS in computer vision, artificial intelligence, pattern recognition, etc. From Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Electronic Engineering or related fields.

2. Knowledge of deep neural networks, and good experience in CNN-based algorithms on image processing and computer vision.

3. Experience in popular deep learning frameworks, Tensorflow, MXNet, Caffe or PyTorch etc.

4. Published in top machine learning journals (ICML, NIPS, CVPR) is a plus.

5. Good knowledge on CPU, GPU, NPU architecture is a plus.

6. Good oral and written communication skills in English.

AI Framework Software Engineer （Shanghai）
Responsibilities:

1. Bring neural network models to production, mainly focus on model pruning/quantization, and optimizing NN operators to reduce inference time, memory consumption, and power consumption.

2. Work with our AI IP vendor on driver integration, verification, and testing.

3. Lead to design and develop the deep learning inference engine and SDK for our SoC.

4. Develop the embedded software framework and corresponding OpenVX operator for the development of AI algorithms.

Requirements:

1. Master degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering or related field.

2. Strong programming skills in C/C .

3. Solid understanding of computer architecture, especially CPU, GPU, NPU.

4. Experience in high performance computing/heterogeneous computing/parallel computing (OpenVX, OpenCL, or NEON) is preferred.

5. Experience in algorithm optimization on GPU/DSP/FPGA is preferred.

6. Knowledge of machine learning/deep learning, especially deep neural networks is preferred.

7. Experience in popular deep learning frameworks, especially MACE, NCNN, TEngine, is preferred.

8. Good oral and written communication skills in English.

Camera Driver Engineer（Chengdu）
Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for camera sensor’s bring up.

2. Responsible for camera peripheral drivers’ development, debugging.

3. Responsible for upper layer’s development, such as HAL or Engine or related algorithm if interested and qualified, optional.

Requirements:

1. Master degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering or related field.

2. At least half year’s internship experience in related domain.

3. Strong C&C programming and debugging skills.

4. Have some android/Ubuntu development experience.

5. Real embedded experience is a big plus.

6. Good communication skills, team spirit, quick learning ability.

7. Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.

Camera Algorithm Engineer （Chengdu）
Responsibilities:

Responsible for one of following directions:

1. General Post Processing, Stabilization, Calibration etc.

2. Mobile Typical Post Processing, Bokeh/Low Light etc.

3. Image Signal Processing, ISP core algorithms.

4. IPC Alarm Pre-Processing, Abnormal Diagnosis etc.

5. Performance Optimization, GPU/CPU Optimization.

Requirements:

1. PhD or MS in image processing, computer vision, artificial intelligence etc.

2. At least half year’s real project experience.

3. Experience in mobile or surveillance @embedded is preferred.

4. Familiar with OpenCV/OpenGL/Matlab is a big plus.

Audio Algorithm Engineer （Shanghai/Chengdu）
Responsibilities:

1. Development of voice/audio processing algorithm for embedded devices (Mobile and IoT), including echo cancellation, noise suppression, beamforming etc.

2. Development of Ai Speech algorithm for embedded devices (Mobile and IoT), including Keyword Spotting/ Automatic Speech Recognition etc.

3. Implement and Optimize Audio Algorithms/Audio Codec on embedded devices.

4. Following state-of-the-art audio algorithms.

Requirements:

1. Master degree or above, major in Mathematics, Computer Science, Signal Processing, Electronic Information, etc.

2. Good Knowledge of Signal Processing, Probability Theory, Linear Algebra, etc.

3. Programming skills in C/C , and familiar with simulate tool, such as Python or Matlab.

4. Familiar with Machine Leaning Algorithm in Audio，experience in one of the following Deep Learning Frameworks is preferred, Tensorflow, Caffe or Pytorch.

Security Software Engineer （Shanghai）
Responsibilities:

1. Develop security solution of mobile phone and other smart devices.

2. Develop and maintain secure applications such as DRM, secure payment.

3. Responsible for product Security module development and maintenance.

Requirements:

1. Master degree in Computer Science, Information Security or related technical field.

2. Strong C/C programming ability, Familiar with ARM architecture, Knowledge about the security features of Android system and ARM TrustZone technology.

Responsibilities:

3. Responsible for data analysis and mining using machine learning framework.
