· Support AP to check and coordinate GR in the system after receiving invoices and document the

bank slip daily.

· Download the cost center reports from SAP to meet the requirement of service fee billing for the

first two months.

· Be responsible for the expense claim.

· Other miscellaneous tasks assigned.

· Filling invoices and vouchers.

· Be stable and be able to work 3-4 days per week.

. Be majored in accounting would be better.

. Be Willing to learn and can work under pressure.

· Detail oriented, well organized, good communication
