1. Field Application Engineer (FAE) 现场应用工程师

Promote MPS products to customers R&D team and conduct training for customers on how to design the power system. 为客户研发团队介绍公司产品并提供整体解决方案，对主要客户提供电源设计方面的培训以及提供技术支持。

Responsibilities岗位职责:

Technical support to key customers on MPS products and help customers to solve the issues 为大客户提供技术支持，解决技术问题

Design the power board for key customers and offer the competitive solution 为大客户设计电源线路以及提供有效的解决方案

Conduct product presentation and training to internal and distributors sales 为MPS及代理商销售人员做产品介绍及培训

Feedback information to Marketing& Design team on market trend, competitor analysis, and new product definition 向市场及研发团队反馈市场趋势、竞争对手信息以及新产品定义方向

Requirements岗位要求:

Strong technical knowledge of products具有扎实的产品技术知识

Ability to take initiative in problem solving具有积极主动解决问题能力

2. Sales Engineer (Sales) 技术销售工程师

Responsibilities岗位职责

Build relationship and cooperate with End Customers, distributors, FAE and Marketing team与客户，代理商，现场应用工程师及市场团队建立关系并一起合作

Manage key customers维护大客户

Searching and organizing resource. Drive and influence others to achieve team goals and objectives搜集整理资源，推动并影响他人来实现公司团队目标

Requirements岗位要求

Bachelors in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science，Engineering, Marketing or Economics etc. 本科学历，电气工程，计算机科学，工程，市场营销，经济类等相关专业

Good oral and written communications skills. Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills are required较好的沟通能力，具备较强的人际交往及组织能力

Should be self-starter, highly energetic, flexible, capable of making sound project decisions, and detail orientated积极主动、灵活多变，具备决策力及注重细节等特质

Can communicate in English fluently英语交流

3. Web Specialist 网站专员

The Web specialist will be responsible to manage, optimize, and improve MPS China website content according to business requirements from various stakeholders. This role will contribute to strategic digital web related new projects (e.g. SEO/SEM, Ecommerce) to optimize web operating model, increase the quantity and quality of traffic to China website. Besides, you will be required to develop a detailed understanding of MPS business in the field of digital tools, online campaigns and after events report analysis to improve web practice and strategy. 网站专员主要负责网站内容管理、更新及其优化提高，利用搜索引擎、线上商城等推广渠道增加高质量流量，并能运用线上工具、线上活动、分析活动报告等优化网站。

Responsibilities岗位职责

Implement MPS China digital web strategy 执行MPS中国线上推广网站策略

manage day-to-day web content update request, including creating of new web pages, updating of web pages, performing of web activities like uploading of datasheet, application note, reference design, banners, videos, newly released products, etc.日常维护网站内容，包括创立新页面，更新网页内容、上传相应文件，包括规格书、应用手册、参考设计、广告创意、视频、新产品信息等。\

Ensure content update request is performed in timely and best practices manner. 确保更新及时、高效、准确

Update and optimize MPS China website content and update process更新维护MPS官网内容及优化流程

Cooperate with other marketing/marcom team members to make sure web content is ready before each online/offline promotion campaign配合市场推广团队准备线上线下推广活动相关的网站内容

Assist SEO/SEM projects in China to increase the quality and quantity traffic to MPS website利用搜索引擎增加官网流量，并提高流量质量

Execute B2B e-commerce marketing plans to increase and maintain contact with customers through online stores 执行线上商城销售计划，与客户建立良好线上互动

Track and fully document functional and marketing specifications related to digital projects 网站相关数据归档整理

Regular review and improve web related KPI, strong ability to analyze data and optimize according to data 分析并改善网站相关的主要指标数据，对数字敏感，根据数字提出改善方法

Requirements岗位要求

Bachelor s degree or above, major in computer science, ecommerce, marketing or electronic engineering related majors 本科及以上学历，计算机、电子商务、市场或电子工程相关专业

Knowledge on web page development and understanding of SEO/SEM principles 网页开发和搜索相关经验优先

Excellent oral and written communication skills in both Chinese and English, ability to interact with various kinds of stakeholders in different countries and groups 中英文流利，跨文化交流

Highly self-driven, detail oriented, team player 积极主动、注重细节、团队协作

Strong skills in number analysis and problem solving 对数字敏感，善于分析解决问题
