Job Description:

Synthesize, purify, and characterize intermediatesrnand final compounds for testing against biological targets according to thernproject progress;

Analyze spectroscopic data to ensure the identityrnand integrity of synthesized molecules;

Conduct literature and database searches forrnreaction conditions and to become aware of the current research finding in thernresearch focus;

Maintain accurate documentation of experiments andrnresearch results;

Ability to conduct the organic synthesis experimentrnwith standard operation to reach excellent safety record;

Resolving the difficulties during Implementation ofrnthe experiment and ability to propose synthetic scheme to supervisor andrnproject team;

Qualifications:

Master degree or B.S. degree with two years’ workrnexperience in Medicinal chemistry or synthetic organic chemistry;

With rich experience in organic synthesis andrnexperimental skills in laboratory, be familiar with the operation of organicrnchemical reactions, solid professional knowledge, and strong practical ability;

Good background and experience in purificationrntechnology, common spectroscopy (NMR, HPLC, MS) and modern analyticalrntechniques required;

CET-6, skilled in literature investigation andrnreading;

Highly motivated, pleasant personality to workrnefficiently as part of a team in a fast-paced environment;

Excellent communication and organizational skills;
