The business of holding group has been expanding to motor (Great Wall motor), new energy (Svolt energy), motor finance, real estate and education, etc..
Svolt is a new energy company that is devoted to providing power system solution for the new energy motor. With the world-leading level in stack process, cobalt-free battery, solid state battery and wireless BMS and many other cutting-edge technology, we will gradually be the pioneer in the lithium battery age. At the same time, we are focus on research, development and innovation of battery material, cell, module, battery system, BMS, energy storage and solar energy of new generation, which will definitely facilitate the sustainable energy utilization and zero emission.

蜂巢能源技术中心始建于2016年，投资7亿元，其中材料分析中心、材料试验室、安全性实验室、电性能试验室、固态电池试验室以及电芯、模组试制线、正极材料试制线已全面投入使用。

蜂巢能源无锡研发中心预计投入10亿元，新建包含电芯开发、PACK设计、BMS研发、固态电池、太阳能、储能、软包电芯在内的各类试验室及试制线。

蜂巢能源生产总部设在常州金坛，占地800亩，投资100亿元，采用智能配送、数字化看板与分析、质量追溯与分析、数字化质量检验等智能系统，规划国内总产能于2025年达到76GWH。

另外，规划中的欧洲电池工厂投资20亿欧元，计划于2022年底实现一期项目投产。

蜂巢能源，立志跻身于欧美市场和高端OEM配套体系，成为世界一流的新能源企业和电池供应商。

Set up in 2016, Svolt R&D center has been invested 0.7 billion Yuan. The Material Analysis Center, Material Lab, Safety Lab, Performance Testing Center, Solid State Battery Lab and the Pilot Production Lines of cell, module and cathode materials have been fully operational. Svolt Wuxi R&D center has been invested in 1 billion, and the under-construction laboratories and pilot production lines include cell development, PACK design, BMS development, solid state battery, solar energy, energy storage and pouch cell. Covering 53.3 hectares, Svolt production headquarter in Jintan Area, Changzhou had been invested 1 billion Yuan. The intelligence system of intelligence delivery, digital Kanban and analysis, quality tracing and analysis, and digital quality test will facilitate the aim of 76 GWH in 2025. Besides, the planning Europe battery plant has been invested in 2 billion Euro. The first phase production will be realized at the end of 2022. The company aims to step into the markets in Europe and America and high-end OEM supporting systems and finally become a world-class new-energy enterprise and battery supplier.
