我司拟在贵校招聘应届本科大学生6-8名，我司会有3-4名高管和人力资源同事赴贵校开展校园宣讲的活动，时间安排如下：

10-12点：公司介绍及校招宣讲

1-4点：人才选拔和面试

对学生的要求如下：

1、2020届毕业生，专业相关，本科及以上学历，学习成绩优秀；

2、熟练掌握Office软件，英语CET-4及以上，具有良好的英语听说读写能力；

3、积极参加学生会或社团活动；

4、沟通表达能力强，积极上进，学习能力强；

5、对半导体行业感兴趣，有意愿投身半导体事业的学子。

素质要求：品德优秀，诚实正直；严于律己，乐于助人；积极向上，责任心强；善于思考，主动建议。

2020校招岗位：工艺技术方向（本科及以上）：物理、化学、化学工程与工艺、材料、电子科学与技术、等相关专业；
