三、招聘详情

1、Lean Trainee 精益培训生:

RESPONSIBILITIES：

- Assist to follow the MVP(MOEN valuable proposal) improvement process;

- Do some simple training of lean basic knowledge for workers, such as 5S/8 waste;

- Lead some small KAIZEN WEEK or lean projects under the help of Lean supervisor;

- Act as a team member to participate in the lean projects led by others;

- Design some small tools or jigs to help improve the quality and efficiency of main products;

- Complete other temporary tasks arranged by leader;

QUALIFICATIONS：

- 2020 graduate student, bachelor degree or above;

- Interested in Lean and willing to study lean knowledge;

- Major in IE/Mechanical engineering /Automation specialty;

- Good communication and coordination skills, good teamwork attitude;

- Good oral and written English skill;

- Fluent in the use of CAD

2、NPS Trainee 新产品开发支持培训生:

RESPONSIBILITIES：

- Design production process of products, design/purchase fixture and machine base on design of production process, complete production process file, like flow chart, operation method sheet and so on;

- Provide technology support to production and quality issues during new products development;

- Implement DFA (Design for assembly) & PFMEA activities.

- Arrange EBR (Engineering Build Request) & Pilot, drive Production issues to meet launch requirements, resolve EBR & Pilot issues.

- Complete EBR & Pilot report.

- Perform ECR (Engineer Change Request) verification activities.

- Finish relative work of SAP system;

- Implement all kinds of production improvement to enhance new products quality and productivity. Like technology changing, error proof and quality analysis;

- Accomplish temporary tasks assigned by leader;

- Obey and insist Moen EHS policy, actively attend the EHS activities and support the related work.

QUALIFICATIONS：

- 2020 graduate student, bachelor degree or above;

- Major in IE/Mechanical engineering /Automation specialty;

- Good communication and coordination skill, good teamwork attitude;

- Good oral and written English skill;

- Fluent in the use of 3-D CAD/ pro/E/ PC’s.

3、HR Trainee 人力资源培训生:

RESPONSIBILITIES：

- Support company activities conduct and company culture promote;

- Assist in plant recruitment;

- Coordinate training implementation;

- Assis with onboarding and off boarding process;

- Support with HR related report;

- Participate in HR file consolidation and policy management;

- Other tasks assigned by supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS：

- 2020 graduate student , bachelor degree or above, major in Human Resources Management and English would be preferred;

- Good in English writing and oral skill;

- Familiar with PPT and excel;

- Good communication skill.
