PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

·Expect to work shift with experienced operator’s supervision, as such the individual shall be able to perform all outside and inside activities in the plant

在操作人员的指导下可值班并可完成工厂内外的所有工作

·Secure the plant safety and demonstrate a general understanding of plant start-up

能够执行工厂操作并使工厂安全的运作，并对工厂的安全开机操作有个基本的了解

·Issue Safety Work Permits, system isolations, and hot work and a full contributor in all aspects of EH&S such as safety sampling, safety suggestions, APT’s, employee involvement

签发安全工作许可证，系统隔离，动作工作证以及在安全健康方面提供全面的支持比如安全取样，安全建议，事故预防技能，员工参与等

·Acquire a fundamental knowledge of the plant process and develop working level knowledge of all system and equipment in the facility, e.g. DCS control, advanced control, rotating equipment, loading systems, trip systems, OSC interface.

·学习有关工厂工艺的基本知识以及发展整个系统及设备工作层面的知识，例如DCS控制系统，先进控制系统，转动设备，充装系统，跳闸保护系统，OSC操作界面等

·At completion of this level the person should have detailed understanding of all aspects related to operating the facilities and can work independently. Also can start and stop the plant and do intermediate level troubleshooting, and can start contributing to and maintaining site management systems, e.g. MOC, BPs, SWIMs, JSAs

·完成此层级的学习后，对所有操作设施的所有方面有了详尽的了解且能独立工作，开停机并即时的排除故障，同时开始协助并维护工厂相关管理系统如MOC, BPs, SWIMs, JSAs

·Work closely with other operators and engineers to take charge of the daily operation of the ASU including process adjustment, pipeline delivery systems, product quality control, trailer loading, routine equipments inspection etc, ensure the plant run safely and efficiently

·与其它操作员及工程师密切配合进行日常工艺过程的调整，管道输送系统的检查，产品质量的控制，槽车的充装以及例行设备巡查等以确保工厂安全及有效的运行

·Record daily production process data and report, and execute daily/monthly routine job

·记录日常生产工艺参数数据及报告，执行日常、月度的例行工作

·Assist PMO engineers to implement preventive maintenance

·协助PMO工程师执行预防性维修工作

·Attend safety meetings and execute routine safety audit and write safety reports

·参加相关的安全会议及执行例行的安全审核并填写相应的安全报告

·Learn and implement relevant procedures and policies of AP and local government

·学习并贯彻空气化工产品公司以及当地政府部门所颁布的相关程序及政策

·have a positive attitude, discover and solve actively plant issue .

·工作中需要有积极的工作态度，主动去发现和解决工厂存在的问题。

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1.Senior University student with a major in Chemical process, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrics or related disciplines;

2.Demonstrate excellence in university.

3.Good knowledge in safety;

4.Honest, hard working, willing to make efforts for self-actualization;

5.Being suited to work in shifts;

6.Good team player;

7.Proactive, energetic, aggressive to learn.
