管理培训生机会

We offer graduate trainee program to students who wish to gain practical work experience in the world’s leading insurance broker. In the first three to six months you will be as an intern, Students will get acquainted with insurance and risk management services through innovative tools and service platforms. Students with good performance during the internship will be given astrong consideration for full-time employment.

You will be assigned to one of our specialty practices – RM, Corporate, High Technology, FINPRO, Trade Credit，Marine, Cargo, PEMA, Placement & etc.

你可能会被分派到这些部门：风险管理部，企业服务部，高科技业务部，财务及专业责任风险部，贸易信用险部，水险部，货运风险部，私募股权与并购风险业务部，保险排分部等等。

职位描述/Essential Responsibilities

Provides service support to the client advisor, sales professional and client executive relating to the development and servicing of insurance brokerage and risk management accounts.

Provides ongoing support by gathering and managing information on market practices with regards to general trends, pricing and underwriting policies. Coordinates with advisors and client executives to document, evaluate and select insurance carrier coverage quotes.

Monitors and supports claims process to ensure progress from notification through to closure with the specific focus on the negotiation and agreement of losses.

Understands and complies with published Marsh Professional Standards and guidelines.

Ensures quality of deliverables and enforce critical deadlines.

给客户顾问、销售专业人员和客户主管提供与保险经纪、客户风险管理和发展相关服务的支持。

按照市场趋势的惯例，收集和管理信息并提供持续支持。协调顾问和客户主管进行记录，评估以及选择保险公司承保范围报价。

监督和支持理赔流程，以确保从通知到结束的整个环节中的谈判和损失协议。

理解并遵守已发布的达信职业标准和准则。

确保可交付的质量以及执行关键的最后期限。

职位要求/Requirements

管理培训生/Trainee

Undergraduate or postgraduate students in Business / Finance /Marketing / Risk Management / Insurance / Law or related disciplines.

Will graduate in 2020.

Passion to join the insurance brokerage industry.

A team player with good analytical, problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

Good in verbal and written communication in English and Mandarin.

Proficient in the full MS Office suite.

商科、金融、市场营销、风险管理、保险、法律及其他相关专业在读本科及研究生。

2020年毕业。

有加入保险经纪行业的热情。

有良好的团队合作能力，问题解决能力及人际交往能力。

良好英语及汉语的书写和口头交流能力。

精通MS办公软件。
