你以后的工作内容将可能会涉及但不限于以下内容：

1.根据店铺的销售计划，带领团队达成业绩目标
2.与公司培训，陈列，货品团队配合，共同推动销售业绩的增长
3.对店铺和区域的成本和利润进行分析，发现问题，提出改进方案并实施
4.对区域店铺货品进行管理，确保货品质量及数量对店铺的匹配
5.销售区域的日常管理工作及指导、带教及评估
6.人员招聘，培养，及梯队搭建
7.激发销售团队工作状态，提升团队凝聚力，确保团队人员的稳定性

买手培训生：
Key Responsibilities:
1.Overall learning about different fabric, technician, design, product knowledge.
2.Learn Standard Operation Process and system as professional buyers.
3.Work closely with fashion designers who are from different countries to get to deep understanding about fashion trend.
4.Learn in different departments to learn the whole working process of fashion retail industry, from design, production, visual merchandising, training and selling in store.
5.Manage suppliers and orders guided by SOP.
6.High standard and quality execution.
7.Work under experienced buyers and ensure the excellent result e.g. on time delivery, lead time and quality check and etc.

Job Requirements:
1.Bachelor or above degree.
2.Passionate eager to devote self in fashion industry.
3.Strong communication and logic thinking.
4.Good English skill in wring, reading and oral.
5.Good at Word, PPT and Excel.

财务培训生：
Main Responsibility：
1.Review all kinds of payment applications and reimbursement documents of employees, and provide consultation of EMS system for business department.
2.Daily contract review with standard and variance analysis, report for approval, seal.
3.egular communication with business departments to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial accounting and analysis.
4.Financial analysis and provide daily finance report, including:
Accounts receivable analysis
Profitability analysis (for shop/City/ Regional /Brand )
Decoration investment analysis and report for approval
Closing shop analysis and report for approval
Sales analysis of shop
Rent analysis of shop
Salary analysis of shop
Other expense analysis of shop
5.Sort out the financial process according to the actual business, put forward financial suggestions, and promote the development and transformation of financial and related systems related to financial direction
6.Daily other finance management about retail and E-commerce

Qualification：
1.Bachelor degree or above in Finance major from well-known educational institutions
2.Good financial profession
3.Good English listening and speaking ability
4.Good communication, clear thinking, diligent thinking and a strong desire for knowledge and curiosity in the new field
5.Teamwork spirit, willingness to dedicate, hard work
6.Active, enterprising

知识产权助理：
工作职责
1.为公司知识产权保护部门提供支持
2.负责管理公司旗下所有的商标信息库及收集管理商标使用证据信息库
3.知识产权案件协调，文件资料准备（鉴定材料，价格证明）及案件后续跟进
4. 协助联系政府部门及执法机关
5.协助部门处理其他日常事务

任职资格
1.2020年应届毕业生，本科及以上学历，法律专业优先
2.有基本的知识产权知识，有商标和防伪知识优先
3.沟通协调能力好，有团队合作精神
4.英语听说读写能力佳，口语流利优先考虑
