1. Be responsible for bioinformatics projects;
2. Develop the web-d tools standalone tools for sequencing and synthetic biology activity;
3. Develop algorithms to assist customers in solving technical barriers;
4. Data-mining on synthesis related data;
Qualifications:
1. MS Degree in bioinformatics related areas, with at least two years of experience in bioinformatics related area;
2. Knowledgeable in the field of molecular biology, gene synthesis, data mining;
3. Proficiency in Python/Perl/C /R. Willing to learn new programming languages;
4. Preferable if the candidate has experience in developing website and software;
5. Excellent understanding of genomic datas and their annotations (GenBank, RefSeq, ENSEMBL, dbSNP);
6. Proactively participating in collaborative and innovative projects;
7. Having a keen sense of responsibility, self-motivation, and good communication and teamwork skills.
