MAJOR RESPONSIBILIES責任概要 :

Ensure daily service and procedures are in place within residence and hotel . ?All area including apartments are safe and comfortable for all kind of stay.? Focus on individual service and needs to improve level of excellence.

确保每天的服务和工作程序都正常运作，包括酒店和公寓。所有的区域包括公寓房间都是安全和舒适的以适合任何一种居住。关注私人服务使之成为最优秀的服务。

SPECIFIC DUTIES工作任務 :

provide smooth and efficient in room check in

提供快速完美的入房登记手续。

ensure check out procedure is clear and trouble-free

确保离店手续干净快速无后顾之忧。

friendly service to all residents through out the stay and ensure ? ? ?all needs and requests are met

在客人入住期间提供人情友好的服务，满足他们一切合情合理的要求。

all daily shift procedures and follow up are completed with ? ? ?satisfied level and result

每一时间段的工作程序和交接班都必须完全以客人满意为标准。

all area and equipments of Residence including the Residence Lounge ? ? ?are safe and in proper condition

公寓的所有区域和设施设备包括休息室的都要确保安全和运作正常。

ensure information of registration to PSB are appropriate and ? ? ?correct

确保所有登记入PSB的信息都是完整和正确的。

all decisions are made within the Company ‘s policies and SOP

所作的一切决定都必须在企业的政策和SOP的范围内。
