职位名称： Localization Project Manager Intern

职位要求：
Responsibilities:

· Manages localization projects, working closely with R&D developers, language specialists, localization engineers and external localization vendors.

· Develops project plans and workflows, managing time, budget, resources and quality control.

· Analyzes localization project risks and defines mitigation actions of identified risks.

· Identifies and solves localization issues or disagreements, whether system or product, identifies causes and performs corrective/preventative action.

· Presents regular project status reports to stakeholders and escalates issues.

· Develops and maintains localization guidelines including processes, tools and checklists.

· Participates team and company activities; Leads team initiatives for localization communities.

Skills and Abilities

· Excellent oral/written communication in both Chinese and English.

· Naturally curious, passionate, proactive and accountable.

· Strong team player in a multi-language/multi-cultural environment.

· Knowledge and Interest in continuing to learn and identify new technologies and new tools.

· Hands on experience with localization tools, such as Trados, TDX, WorldServer, MemoQ, etc.

· Understand the software development lifecycle and agile development methodology.

· Good understanding of statistical analysis. Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills is a big plus.

· Understanding of cloud computing technology and SaaS is a plus.
