职位名称： 网络小说海外责编（ Novel Enagement Manager)
职位要求：
Job Responsibilities：
1. Reading and analysing a large number of English original novels in many genres on either the Kongfu Book platform or other third-party platforms;
2. Generating content analysis reports every week; researching novel writing methodologies; and providing authors with content suggestions to achieve greater success;
3. Exploring potential stories; Deconstructing the stories and mining for gems among the fictional stories; Acting as an "angel investor" for content to hunt for the next big thing;
4. Maintaining good relationships with all contracted authors and frequently communicating with them; Assisting authors to achieve greater popularity.
Requirements：
1. First English language speaker
2. English literature or professional writing major is preferred;
3. Deep love and enthusiasm for the reading of web novels, light novels or other fictional genres;
4. Good communication skills and quick learner.
5. Chinese Language proficiency additional advantage.
