Global Optimization Scientist, Tianjin, China
Do you want to get the chance to know and be expert about enzyme production process and cooperate with colleagues full of passion? Welcome to join us as a GO Optimization Scientist to work in global optimization team. You will be responsible for product/process optimization project by learning whole enzyme production process including fermentation, recovery and granulation. After getting relevant training, you should be capable for Identifying optimization opportunities in terms of yield improvement, reducing production cost, improving product quality and doing capacity liberation, etc by cooperating with other peers from China and also other sites like Denmark and US.

In this position you need to have:
? Master degree with biological background like bioengineering, biotechnology, biochemistry etc. Background and experience in Fermentation is highly preferred.
? Relevant production experience is preferred
? Good at English in oral, listening and writing skill
? Good learning ability to quick adapt to new environment
? Data analysis skill is considered as a plus
? Have good communication skills and team spirit
