2020年 Winning Women 暑期项目报名启动！这个特别为女性申请者设计的项目将提供机会，让参与的同学们有机会与数位推动摩根大通发展的、最鼓舞人心的职场女性见面。

摩根大通的员工们将分享自己的故事、经历并提出职业建议，帮助你在未来的职业旅程中取得事业成功。同学们还可以参加每周举行的技能提升培训、加入各种研讨会、了解摩根大通的实习项目及获得最新的招聘信息。



面向对象

本次活动面向即将在2021年12月到2022年6月之间毕业的女同学，学科背景不限。

2020 Winning Women Program
Join us for our Winning Women Program launching August 2020! Our Winning Women Program gives you the chance to meet the influential and inspiring women who are driving the business forward at J.P. Morgan and throughout the industry. This program will run over the course of a couple weeks with weekly upskill sessions.

In this program, you ll have the opportunity to meet with junior and senior business leaders and hear their stories, experiences and advice sharing to help you build a successful career with us. You ll learn about our different program offerings to find the one that best matches your interests and skill sets this is your chance to get your questions answered about our firm and our internship programs. As a participant, you ll also get to attend various workshops and receive exclusive access to resources on interviewing, recruitment and more to help you with your career planning.

Event Date: August 2020 (Please note a kick-off session will be held in mid-end July prior to the program start in August)
Format: Virtual - Asia Pacific
Who are we looking for?
We're looking for motivated female students in their penultimate year (graduating between December 2021 to June 2022). Applicants must be pursuing a degree qualification from any academic background.

How to apply:

Complete your online application by June 21, 2020 (23:59 pm Hong Kong time).

Indicate the summer programs you re interested in on your online application.

Apply early as application screening will be conducted on a rolling basis.

Selected students will be notified via email with next steps and event details.

The registration deadline for the event is Sunday, June 21, 2020 (23:59 HKT)
