Role Overview

In collaboration with Human Resources China team and with others throughout China office, the key aspects of the role are:

?to closely support HRBP in recruitment (both experienced & campus recruitment), such as 2021 graduate program design, launch and logistics arrangement (interview arrangement, meeting room booking, materials preparation);

?to deeply involved in training activities launched across China offices;

?to take up ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

?Students who graduate in 2022 2023;

?Self-motivated with a strong passion in human resources;

?Great team p;

?With the ability to take the initiative and drive for results;

?With excellent interpersonal and communication skills;

?Strong work ethics with high adaptability to operate according to pre-defined as well as evolving work and regulations;

?The ability to manage demanding workload and deliver quality output in a fast-paced environment;

?Proficiency in Microsoft office (MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint);

?Prior related internship within financial service industry is an advantage.
