2020-2021 安永中恒工程造价服务（全职及实习工作）
职位描述
协助客户协调、解决工程项目建设活动中各阶段的问题，主要包括：
► 项目前期阶段：
1. 建设项目建议书及可行性研究投资估算的编制和审核
2. 建设项目经济评价报告的编制和审核
3. 建设项目设计概预算的编制和审核，并配合设计方案比选、优化设计、限额设计等工作进行工程造价分析与控制
► 项目实施阶段：
1. 工程招标文件及招标控制价（标底）、投标报价的编制与审核
2. 工程量清单、工程施工图预算的编制与审核
3. 工程造价阶段控制审核，包括工程合同管理、工程量及工程进度价款支付审核，设计变更、工程签证、索赔的审核
4. 工程竣工结算的编制与审核
► 项目完成阶段：
1. 工程竣工决算报告的编制与审核
2. 政府财政投资项目验收与评审
3. 建设项目后评价
任职要求
1) 本科或以上学历，2021年或2022年应届毕业生；
2) 具有备工程造价、土木工程、建筑、给排水、电气、暖通等相关专业背景；
3) 持有有效的安装、土建等造价员资格证书者优先；
4) 具有较好的语言协调沟通和文字表达能力；
5) 能够熟练运用办公软件及常用的工程造价服务专业软件（如广联达）；
6) 勤奋务实，能承受持续的工作压力，能接受出差工作；
7) 爱岗敬业，责任心强，具有良好的团队合作意识。
