▌招聘岗位

商业地产部实习生

▌岗位职责

1.协助项目经理负责商业地产项目咨询和定位工作；

2.进行商业市场资料的搜集和整理；

3.进行商业地产主题的专题研究和案例分析等。

▌岗位要求

1.对地产或商业地产领域有兴趣；

2.具有较强的逻辑思维能力、PPT制作表达能力、审美感等；

3.每周工作时间3-5天，实习期必须为四个月或以上；

4.优先考虑地产与地理类、建筑类、旅游类、管理类、营销类、社会学类、广告传媒等专业

▌薪资待遇

1）薪资100元/天，实习证明；
