校园招聘-服装设计助理 Fashion Design Assistant
Key Responsibilities:
1. Be part of a team that develops and designs products through every phase of development from sketching, fabric selection, accessory approval and fitting, to the final production.
2. Create 4 collections and 4 express collections a year
3. Collaborate and brainstorm on specified strategic design directions in corporation with design manager.
4. Analyse sales figures and development style needs.
5. Manage files to suppliers.
Requirements:
1. You have a degree in fashion design with relevant work experience.
2. Preferably your previous work experience is from a men’s wear brand, high street level.
3. You have advanced knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
4. You have the ability to design and create styles within Jack and Jones’s demographic.
5. You can identify new trends and implement this in your work.
6. You have a good eye for color and composition, paying attention to detail.
7. You can work independently.
8. You have strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
9. You have good English skills, both spoken and written，and you are interested in working with other cultures.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Overall learning about different fabric, technician, design, product knowledge.
2. Learn Standard Operation Process and system as professional buyers.
3. Work closely with fashion designers who are from different countries to get to deep understanding about fashion trend.
4. Learn in different departments to learn the whole working process of fashion retail industry, from design, production, visual merchandising, training and selling in store.
5. Manage suppliers and orders guided by SOP.
6. High standard and quality execution.
7. Work under experienced buyers and ensure the excellent result e.g. on time delivery, lead time and quality check and etc.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor or above degree.

1. Prepare Weekly sales and inventory report and other product analysis report
2. Sales forecast, based on history and category growth to do next year forecasting
3. Prepare product range plan for next season category assortment development, make sure development are balance and also consider the new trends
4. Base on sales target and history performance to make develop budget and order budget, make sure category mix consider the sales also category potential growth
5. Monitor sales on weekly basis, and ajust sales budget and open to buy based on latest sales and sales forecast
6. Base on sales and selling time to make repeat proposal, make sure can continue selling as full price and make gross profit
7. Allocate repeat quantity to right cities and stores
8. And report generation for decision making in management team
9. Prepare order budget for categories for each PO type and delivery month
10. Based on category and styles history sales performance and combine market trends to forecast and evaluate new styles order and sales
11. Make order analysis data on attribution, base on history and forecast to adjust assortment ordering, make sure collection are balance
12. Organize and coordinate the meeting with other teams, and make sure communication are fluently
Requirement:
1. Bachelor degree full-time

Key Responsibilities:
1. Partners with Procurement Leader, Buyer team and Business Stakeholders on key Indirect Categories to drive activities on supporting business needs and achieve procurement metrics goals
2. Lead sourcing activities/projects and drive to meet and exceed the key metrics goals as set by leadership.
3. Develop and maintain sustainable relationships with internal stakeholders, peers, and key or high impact suppliers, etc.
4. Lead strategic negotiation on long term agreements with specific suppliers. Assemble and analyze data to determine behavior patterns to identify opportunities for Efficiency and cost improvement.
5. Identifies and drives cost/spend reduction opportunities or supplier base optimization. Continue drive cross business/sites leverage/synergy opportunities and projects.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in engineering related disciplines.
2. Minimum 2 years’ experience in indirect procurement.

4. Strong foundational knowledge of purchasing and strategic sourcing principles such as TCO, strategic supplier, win-win negotiation, risk management, price leverage, process reengineering, etc.
