Your option

Typically, 18 months, these programmes offer a range of placements enabling you to develop breadth of experience, as well as specialist expertise. With three different placements, the programmes will equip you for a Relationship Manager or product expertise role in the future.

Wealth and Personal Banking is our new global business combining Retail Banking and Wealth Management; and Global Private Banking, to become one of the world's largest global wealth managers. Our dedicated colleagues serve millions of customers worldwide across the entire spectrum of private wealth, ranging from personal banking individuals and families, through to business owners, investors and ultra-high-net-worth individuals. We provide products and services such as bank accounts, credit cards, personal loans and mortgages, as well as asset management, insurance, wealth management and private banking, that best suit our customers' needs.

Our customers expect a service underpinned by a blend of modern digital capabilities and exceptional people. On the Wealth and Personal Banking programmes, you will support our customers in numerous ways. Whether that be through serving them on the frontline in our Branches or Contact Centres or supporting in the design and implementation of new products and digital platforms. We offer internships of eight weeks during your penultimate year of study. Our Global Graduate Programme offers a variety of rotational placements across areas such as Customer Channels, Customer and Product, Insurance, Chief Operating Office and Risk.
