Analog Design Engineer 模拟设计工程师

-设计，验证和测试模拟/混合信号电路；

-指导版图工程师完成电路的版图设计。

-Design, evaluate and verify analog/mixed circuits;

-Work closely with layout engineer for layout implementation.

Digital Design Engineer 数字设计工程师

-顶层或模块电路的RTL代码实现；

Test Development Engineer 测试开发工程师

-在半导体自动测试设备上完成硬件和软件开发，以支持公司集成电路产品的研发和规模生产

-支持研发部门完成新产品评估和验证，确保产品功能，电流，电压及电路时序等参数符合产品设计和规格要求。

-Develop ATE test hardware software to support IC design and production;

Product Engineer 产品工程师

支持产品认证工作（包括特性测试/关联性测试/静电测试/闩锁测试/寿命测试/边缘测等），维护并提升晶元片和封装后测试的生产良率和产品质量。

-Support product qualification (Characterization/Correlation/ESD/LU/LifeTest/CornerLot, etc) and maintain /enhance test yield and quality of devices in final test(FT) as well as wafer sort(CP).

Packaging Engineer 封装工程师

-评估芯片封装的可行性，为产品设计提供有竞争力的封装方案. 从封装设计的角度优化die pad以及ball map；

-能够独立完成芯片封装设计；协同封装厂与基板厂审核设计方案.；生成封装设计仿真模型。

-Package design feasibility study to provide the more competitive package solution; Co-work with R&D team to optimize and generate the Bump map and Ball map;

-Responsible for completing package designs; review the design files with subcon and substrate vendor; generate the package simulation model.

Foundry Process Engineer 晶圆工艺工程师

-跟踪人工智能与大数据相关新兴技术，包括磁阻式随机存取存储器/阻变存储器等；

-在产品开发阶段支持设计实现，包括解决电路仿真、器件使用、可靠性、版图、设计定案等方面的问题；

-与晶圆厂及内部团队合作，处理产品良率与可靠性相关问题并持续改进。

-Work with both fab and internal teams to handle product yield& reliability issues and strive for continuous improvement;

-Support design enables in product development phase, including problem solving for circuitry simulation, device operation, reliability assurance, layout, tape out, etc.;

-Track emerging technologies, like MRAM/RRAM, for AI and big data applications.

Failure Analysis Engineer 失效分析工程师

-使用实验室的设备/平台，必要的时候自己搭建所需的测试平台，对失效产品的特定的电路进行电性能的分析；

-与物理失效分析工程师或者第三方失效分析实验室合作，采用合适的失效分析手段，对失效产品做针对性的破坏性分析，找到产品失效/缺陷的物理证据。

-Electrical level analysis on failed device, using the equipments/test bench available in lab, or setup necessary test bench by yourself to do the test on specific circuit block;

-Co-work with physical FA engineer and 3rd party FA lab, using related physical FA method to do the destructive FA on failed device, and find the physical defect/damage point on the device.
