Management Trainee Program:

XJTLU Management Trainee Program aims to recruit outstanding talents from Universities.This program provides a path of accelerated leadership development. It structured fast-track opportunity extends across a range of departments, involving Human Resources, Finance, Campus management, University Marketing and communications, Student Affairs, Registry and etc., which provide the Management Trainees with plenty of opportunities for career development. During a 1-1.5 year rotation period, the Management Trainees will be engaged in various projects and duties, to rapidly improve their comprehensive qualities and competences and lay a sloid groundwork for them to become truly management talents.

工作内容主要是协助学校招聘工作，具体包括：

1. 面试前期准备工作，协调面试时间，打印候选人材料，布置面试房间等

2. 面试当天协助安排候选人笔试，收集笔试结果并发送相关负责人

3. 面试后续的跟踪，记录工作

4. 各类招聘相关文件的签发，归类，整理

5. 协助上级完成部门其他日常事务

任职要求

1. 良好的英文听说能力

2. 熟悉Office办公软件的应用

3. 工作耐心、态度端正

4. 必须为在校生，本科，研究生均可

5. 每周工作3-5天，工作时间：9：00 17：00。
