岗位要求
一、Research Scientist
（一）Job Responsibilities
1、Lead and coordinate within R&D worldwide multifunctional team in project design and execution, participate in Global Chemical Research programs, interface with ExxonMobil technology / marketing / manufacturing organizations；
2、Apply fundamental science (material, chemistry, physics, etc.) to create ideas and to propose development programs for innovation in the fields of polymer targeted at achieving competitive advantage, thereby contributing to strategic business development opportunities；
3、Present and document research results, observe and evaluate scientific trends；
4、Keep abreast of relevant competitive IP literature in order to direct own research and to develop a strategically aligned intellectual property portfolio in the field of polymer science and write appropriate invention reports；
5、Develop strong contacts with academia and professional societies；
6、Provide resolution of relevant non-routine technical problems.
（二）General Qualifications
1、Fully compliant with ExxonMobil Safety/Health/Environmental requirements；
2、Responsible for proposing and writing reports, not only for internal use, but for publication and/ or presentation at relevant conferences；
3、Good communication skills, and able to communicate through oral or written EnglishCapable of independent laboratory work and apply scientific method；
4、Ability to work in a dynamic, multicultural and team environment, strong organizational skills；
5、Be prepared to travel globally and work across international boundaries, if necessary；
6、Enthusiastic, team player, "can-do" attitude, flexible and willing to learn；
7、Creative thinking, embrace challenge.
（三）Professional Skills / Requirements
1、Education – Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Polymer, Polymer Engineering, Material Chemistry or equivalent major, PhD preferred；
2、Professional experience in one of the following areas is highly preferable:
catalyst design and synthesis,organometallics, organic synthesis, polymerization, , modeling for chemistry, polymer or polymerization (such as MD, DFT, etc.)；
3、Strong publication or patent records；
4、Familiar with general characterization；
5、Ability to manage programs for success as well as collaborate with cross functional teams；
6、Demonstrated examples of innovative problem solving and ideation.
二、Lab TechnologistApply
（一）岗位职责
1、理解并贯彻执行公司在安全及质量体系等方面的各项规章制度；
2、负责样品的接收、制备和各项测试，确保数据准确性和可追溯性并进行有效分析；
3、负责设备仪器的校验，质量控制和维护保养，与供应商保持积极高效的沟通；
4、和公司研发及市场开发团队紧密合作，参与公司的各个技术开发项目；
5、公司要求的其它相关工作任务。
（二）任职要求
1、本科及以上学历，化学，材料，化工或高分子材料相关专业背景优先；
2、富有激情和团队精神，能够不断学习并提高自己；
3、有耐心、韧性，学习能力强；
4、有较强的分析解决问题的能力；
5、注重细节和准确性；
6、沟通能力较好；
7、有英语阅读和书面沟通能力，能进行英语口语交流。
