工作职责： 1.量化策略指数的研究与开发，包括但不限于A股因子与风格策略、多资产配置策略、统计套利策略等
2.协助量化策略指数计算与回测系统的搭建，以及现有指数的日常计算维护
3.编制指数计算规则并与第三方指数计算机构沟通并核对计算结果，推动指数及挂钩衍生品的发布与落地
4.起草、修改指数及挂钩衍生品相关的推介材料等
5.其他相关工作。 任职资格： 1. 国内外知名院校全日制本科及硕士在读，金融、经济、金融工程、数学、理工科等专业优先；
2. 一周四天及以上，3-6个月，能长期实习者优先；
3. 熟练使用Python与sql语言, 具备良好的编程习惯；掌握C /C#/Java为加分项
4. 掌握基础金融产品知识，特别是衍生品相关或者期权等知识。
5. 细致耐心、踏实稳重、责任心强；
6. 熟练使用Office相关办公软件；
7. 沟通和团队协作能力良好。
