简介

I·Campus 是由阿斯利康利用全球创新网络打造的政企合作创新园项目，定位于海内外优质创新医疗项目的一站式孵化

加速平台，基于阿斯利康与政府的资源共同打造创新生态圈。I·Campus 于 2019 年 9 月启动，目前有超过 30 家的国内

外创新医疗企业签约入驻无锡，2 家入驻杭州，未来会立足于阿斯利康区域总部战略在全国布点，覆盖包括无锡高新区、

杭州下城区、上海静安区、广州生物岛、成都高新区、北京亦庄等国内主要的医疗健康和科技创新集群，结合阿斯利康

创新战略与区域生态圈形成有特色的开放创新平台，打造多地协同创新孵化的创新园网络。同时，I·Campus 孵化基金

也将设立并投资支持创新园重点企业。

1. 打造开放创新的生态圈平台（4Ds: Drug 药品, Device 器械, Diagnosis 诊断, Digital 诊断)

2. 围绕肿瘤和慢病等重点治疗领域，与阿斯利康共同打造以患者为中心的诊疗一体化创新方案

3. 将创新企业融入阿斯利康合作网络，通过研发、商业、投资的一站式赋能助力企业成功

无锡市生物医药行业协会是由以阿斯利康为龙头代表的生物医药企业以及其他相关经济组织组成的行业性、非营利性

社会组织，根据会员企业需求组织交流活动、行业培训、技术咨询服务等，并逐渐形成行业团体联盟，打造无锡市整

体的生物医药产业生态圈，进一步推动和加快无锡市生物医药行业的规划和发展。阿斯利康作为会长、副会长和理事

单位，ICampus 作为法人单位，设立秘书处组织和支持日常协会企业的联动协调工作。

职责

1. 负责阿斯利康、ICampus 在协会秘书处承担的日常沟通协调工作，及时上传下达协会的指导性信息，并与协会相

关政府职能部门、各会员单位间保持密切联系。

2. 树立阿斯利康、ICampus 在协会中的龙头品牌形象和宣传推广效应，进一步发挥阿斯利康、ICampus 在协会中的

重要作用。

3. 定期收集和梳理协会会员单位的反馈信息，积极探寻行业共性问题的解决路径，并从协会的角度推动政府对行业

的支持，从龙头企业的角度给予行业资源方面的支持。

4. 帮助 ICampus 企业顺利加入协会组织，并积极推进 ICampus 企业与协会成员单位之间形成产业联动和各方面业

务合作交流，同时探寻协会成员单位与阿斯利康、ICampus 在园区和生态圈商业创新方面的合作路径。

5. 组织和协调协会相关的各项日常活动，推动协会和会员单位积极参与和加入 ICampus 组织的会议活动中，形成产

业联动，进一步扩大 ICampus 生态圈。

资质

1. 本科及以上学历

2.

3-5 年以上工作经验，有生物医药行业、医疗健康领域相关背景和工作经验优先

3. 具备较强的对外拓展沟通能力和活动组织协调能力

4. 追求创新，接受挑战，适应不确定性，能跳出盒子进行开放性思考

5. 具备团队合作精神，能够积极配合阿斯利康内部团队的工作协调

6. 希望具备英语书面和口语的良好沟通能力

Introduction

I·Campus is an International Life Science Innovation Park program jointly run by AstraZeneca and government,

focusing on developing the one-stop acceleration platform for global and domestic innovative life science and

healthcare companies developing China market. Opened up since Sept. 2019, I·Campus has over 30 residency

companies in Wuxi, and 2 in Hangzhou, and will cover major innovation cluster cities nationwide: Wuxi, Hangzhou,

Shanghai, Guangzhou, Chengdu, Beijing, etc., creating a networked acceleration platform for innovation companies.

Plus, I·Campus is setting up incubation fund to invest in leading residency companies for further growth.

Integrate with Astrazeneca patient-centered innovation solutions across major disease areas

Leverage Astrazeneca ecosystem for co-development, co-promote, and BD/investment partnership

Wuxi BioPharmaceutics Industry Association is an industry-based, non-profit social organization composed of

biomedical companies represented by AstraZeneca and other related economic organizations. It organizes exchange

activities, industry training, technical consulting services, etc. according to the needs of member companies. By

gradually forming an alliance of industry groups, it wishes to create an overall biomedical industry ecosystem in Wuxi,

and further promote and accelerate the planning and development of the biomedical industry in Wuxi. AstraZeneca, as

the chairman, vice-chairman, and governing company, and ICampus as a legal entity, will set up a secretariat to

organize and support the daily linkage and coordination of associations and enterprises.

Major Responsibilities

1.

Responsible for the daily communication and coordination work undertaken by AstraZeneca and ICampus at the

secretariat of the association, timely updating the guidance information of the association, and maintaining close

contact with relevant government departments and member companies of the association.

2.

Establish the leading brand image and promotion effect of AstraZeneca and ICampus in the association, and

further exert the important role of AstraZeneca and ICampus in the association.

3.

Regularly collect and sort out the feedback from member companies of the association, actively explore solutions

to common problems in the industry, and promote government support for the industry from the perspective of the

association, and provide industry resource support from the perspective of leading companies.

4.

Help ICampus companies to successfully join the association organization, and actively promote the formation of

industrial linkages and business cooperation exchanges between ICampus companies and association members,

and explore the business innovations of the association members, AstraZeneca, and ICampus in the industrial

park and ecosystem path of cooperation.

5.

Organize and coordinate various daily activities related to the association, promote the association and member

companies to actively participate in and join the conference activities organized by ICampus, form industry

linkages, and further expand the ICampus ecosystem.

Key Qualifications

1.

Bachelor degree or above

2.

More than 3-5 years of work experience, relevant background and work experience in the biomedical industry,

medical and health fields are preferred3.

Possess strong external communication skills and activity organization and coordination skills

4.

Pursue innovation, accept challenges, adapt to uncertainty, and be able to think outside the box for open thinking

5.

Possess team spirit and can actively cooperate with AstraZeneca's internal team work coordination

6.

Have good communication skills in written and spoken English
