职位描述 Responsible for the CMOS Analog & Mixed-Signal Integrated Circuit designs and integration for SOC Implementation; Work together with the Analog/RF IC design team and be assigned to multiple modules development and entire-chip/analog-top integration; Start from detailed specification and architecture comparison/selection, report design progress, and to collect, track, and resolve any performance/function issues; Work closely with layout team, digital team and software developers to develop an implementation that meets system and product requirements; Perform design verification and production support tasks, perform and lead prototype evaluation and debug; Research in art-of-state analog and mixed-signal design techniques for highly integrated Analog/RF ICs.

其他要求 Hands-on experience in designing various Analog and mixed-signal integrated circuits, such as but not limited to bandgap, op-amps, regulators, DC-DC, DAC and ADC; Good understanding of device matching, layout techniques, ESD and latch up; Good understanding of basic device physics, have the ability to develop and use advanced linear and nonlinear models or simulation techniques, and be able to translate between the model, simulation, physical implementation; Experienced in analog & mixed-simulation tools, such as Spectre, SpectreRF, Spice, Matlab, and/or ADS; Good communication skills, be able to break down complex problems, set priorities, report progress, execute to a schedule, and have strong teamwork skills; Experience in RF circuit design and test is a strong plus; Self-motivation and self-discipline; MSEE degree and industry experience or PhD degree required.

职位描述 Detailed transistor-level layout of RF and analog circuit blocks including LNA, mixers, PLL, LO generation, modulators, power amplifiers, ADC/DAC, filters, and bandgap/bias/LDO; Block level and top-level layout through full verification flow including extraction, DRC, LVS and ERC checking; Co-work with designers on block level and top-level floor-planning; Layout review for power/gnd routing, electromigration, signal path check, differential and IQ matching, and signal coupling; Top-level layout integration and verification, schedule management. Lead other layout engineers for top-level integration.

其他要求 Experience in custom RF/analog layout with extensive knowledge of deep sub-micron CMOS (40nm, 28nm, FinFET, etc.); Knowledgeable in layout techniques for device matching, minimizing parasites, RF shielding, and high frequency routing; Solid understanding of RC delay, electromigration, and coupling; Essential understanding of the ESD and latch-up; Understanding of guard rings, DNW, PN junctions, and advanced process effects such as LOD, WPE, etc; High level proficiency in interpretation of CALIBRE DRC, ERC, LVS, etc; Knowledge of cadence layout tools; Excellent communication skills and able to work with cross-functional teams; Ability to recognize failure prone circuit and layout structures and proactively work with circuit designers for the best approach to resolve problems; Scripting skills in PERL or SKILL will be a strong plus; Self-motivation and self-discipline; BSEE degree and industry experience or MSEE degree required.
