* Support the team with administration task,eg,Document Filing, PO and
reimbursement
* Monthly expense and payment tracking and report /Reimbursement Assistance
* Coordination with external vendor for miscellaneous projects
* Planning and supporting team building, all-hands meeting and other tasks
assgined
Qualifications：

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with
cross-functional teams
* Good analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to details
* Self-driven, result-oriented, and able to work independently,humble and
willing to learn and improve
* Excellent English oral speaking and fluent in Mandarin, English or French
