China Jiangsu International Economic and Technical Cooperation Group, Ltd (briefed as CJI hereunder) as a large state-owned enterprise of Jiangsu Province, was founded with the approval of the State Council of the PRC in December 1980. At present, CJI has registered capital fund of 3 billion yuan with total assets of 20 billion yuan and owns over 20 branch & subsidiary companies in China and abroad, as well as total regular employees over 2000 persons. CJI currently operates three major businesses —— engineering contracting, foreign trade and urban development, among which the core businesses are international engineering contracting and project cooperation.

CJI has been granted by the government of a series of relevant rights, certificates and licenses which cover the above three major businesses, such as special class certificate of main contracting for building constructions, Grade A qualification of foreign-aid project implementation, international labor service cooperation and import & export trading rights etc.

With over 30 years’ unremitting efforts, CJI has successfully developed into a multi-national group with annual income over ten billion yuan, and multiple businesses spreading in dozens of countries and regions all over the world.
