Support Sourcing operation, like create PR, PO, cost; maintain supplier data, report, document and others

Main Accountabilities and Duties:
1. Create and maintain PR/PO in SAP effectively to meet stakeholder’s request
2.Track the PO delivery schedule and ensure on time
3. Handle, check invoices and send to finance department to arrange payment
4. Collect, apply and maintain information for supplier database
5. Support the statistics of sourcing data and finish the report
6. Handle other projects / jobs as assigned by the supervisor

Required Knowledge, Skills, Experience:
1.Detail-oriented and good patience are required. Need to handle various details and follow up with different vendors and key end users
2.Good learning ability, can work under pressure, work hard, smartly and with a great sense of team spirit and cross-function team cooperation ability.
