-Preparing EC weekly、monthly collection report and other related reports.(including bad payment report、bonus calculation report 、master file).EC 周报月报。
-Preparing C4C sales target report quarterly. 每季度C4C target
-Provide query table about COD no paying weekly.每周更新货到付款订单回款情况。
-Communicated with sales team, push for AR collection to increase collection rate, arrange AR meeting with sales assistant every week. 加强与销售部门沟通，催促客户回款提高回款率。每周安排例会和销售助理核对收款。
-Register and sort out the application form of EC account deduction.登记整理EC扣款申请单。
-Booking clients payment in SAP everyday (including bank/WeChat/Alipay). 每天录入收款（包括银行/微信/支付宝）。
-Check monthly expense through Helios.审核员工月度报销。
-Issue invoices to customers through online application from EC sales assistant.根据助理的申请开具发票。
-Post entries in SAP for AR accounts. To ensure that updating of AR data in SAP meet deadlines.在SAP系统中录入所有的应收账款条目。确保在SAP系统关帐日前更新完成所有的应收账款数据。
-Others ad-hoc tasks assigned by direct supervisor.其它领导交代的事项。
