Job Responsibility
Communicate with HBCN Recruitment Marketing Team and Pinnacle Marketing team to update TA related documents, banner, and etc.
Support Pinnacle TA Team to send new staff’s details to City Head before Staff is on board
Collect weekly prioritized vetting candidate name list to vetting team and make sure vetting team’s quick reply
Communicate with Procurement Team and other related stakeholders to support new vendor onboarding, such as new contact signature, existing vendor’s contract renew and etc.
To manage administrative and logistics support to Talent Acquisition team as when required, expense claim, stationery order etc.
To provide secretariat support to Head of Talent Acquisition, Pinnacle, including travel and itinerary management, appointment arrangement and other ad hoc issues.
