Job Description:
1) Supports senior engineer to configure, test, deploy and support LIMS (Laboratory Information Management Systems) within research and development at pharmaceutical and biotech companies.

2) Interface with scientific staff to gather and document functional and technical requirements.

3) Support for analyzing and documenting business processes and workflows with team

4) Work collaboratively with vendors, customers, and our India-based partner company to resolve product issues.

5) Produce and deliver required documents and reports to customers.

6) Need some domestic and international travel.

7) Support for writing PQ scripts and traceability matrix for 21CFR Part 11 compliance

Basic Qualifications:
基本要求
1) Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Mandarin Chinese.
英语和普通话书写口头表达流利
2) Pharmaceutical R&D domain expertise
具有医药研发领域知识背景
3) Interesting in data informatic and integrity, experience working with or supporting relevant LIMS or related scientific applications like ELN.
对科研数据信息化有浓厚兴趣，具有相关LIMS经验或者ELN等类似科研系统背景
4) Ability to analyze, clearly document and communicate user requirements.
能够分析、记录、沟通需求
5) Bachelor’s degree or higher in a scientific or health care/chemical/food/ Korean/ Japanese field
本科及以上生物医药专业/化工专业/食品/韩语/日语专业
6) Ability to travel both domestically and internationally.
