Key Responsibilities:
? Support the development/design of total rewards policies, processes and tools, by collecting and analyzing results of benchmarking partners and collecting business requirements and market developments
? Cooperates with the salary benchmarking external consulting company; coordinate with external vendors for C&B programs implementation
? Advice other members of HR team on basic C&B topics
? Support the implementation of Workday modules as well as other human resources computer applications and systems to local entities.
? Conduct on expenses for whole function & labor cost analysis for whole company.
