主要职责：
1、完成研究和现场管理工作，包括培训、文件收集和更新、审核、支付处理等。
2、支持现场人员的系统访问和培训，并协调会议和供应品管理。
3、跟进研究进展，包括远程审核、文件收集、对账和问题解决。
任职要求：
1、药学、医学、公共卫生等相关专业本科及以上学历
2、基本的医学知识和医学术语理解，熟悉ICH GCP和适用法规。
3、优秀的沟通、人际关系和时间管理技能，注重细节和灵活适应能力。
4、熟练使用MS Office和其他软件，具备数字素养。
