Responsibilities:
1. Organize the English study programs to improve the English learning enthusiasm and internationalization level of headquarters employees;
2. Participate in the planning and execution of cross-cultural activities and training projects to enhance the multicultural atmosphere of the headquarters;
3. Assist in international HR tasks, including English interviews and the production of English HR documents;
4. Complete other tasks assigned by leaders.

Qualifications:
1. Foreign students in China, from native English-speaking countries, be able to speak in basic Chinese;
2. Bachelor degree or above, students from Xiasha-district universities and majoring in management and psychology is preferred;
3. Have enough empathy, logical thinking, communication skills and pressure resistance;
4. Attend for 3 days or more per week, and the internship lasts for at least 3 months. Long-term internship is preferred.
