Responsibility：
1. Provides customer with automotive interior/exterior industrial design proposals;
2. Follow projects from beginning to end by providing appropriate design themes that convey the trends of automotive design
3. Develop design 2D proposals to 3D, finish 2D to 3D translation
4. Interfaces with customer styling staff for automotive interior style definition;
5. Supports presentation to customers as required;
6. Works with production engineers to ensure functional process feasibility of proposed design;
7. Operates within approved economic targets;
8. Create sketches as per customer need or internal need;
9. Participate on request to benchmark analysis and local market study;
Qualifaication
1. Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design, or comparable art/design degree with actual industrial design field experience;
2. Team player;
3. Strong problem-solving skills;
4. Strong verbal and written communication/presentation skills, in both Chinese and English;
5. Good taste in form, color and material. Strong attention to detail while grasping the big picture;
6. Strong sketching and rendering skill is essential;
7. Skills in design-related software: Strong Photoshop skill is essential, 3D software Alias/ Blender is a significant plus, video editing software is a plus;
8. Good knowledge and great passion for automobiles and/or other transportation products (aeronautical, marine, etc), as well as general art/design related topics. Understanding of local and international automobile markets;
9. Ability to work under tight time constraints;
