2. 招聘对象（Recruiting Objective）：
英语听力，写作及口语流利的大三及大四在校生, 2022-2023毕业生
Prospective graduates of 2022-2025 students with fluent English
communication skills in both oral and writing. (Junior, Senior students or
new graduate in 2022-2023)
3.上班时间( Working Time)
5月20日-6月7日（培训期）：8:00-17:00
6月10日-8月31日（正式上岗）：23:00-8:00
周末双休
4.实习待遇(Intern Benefits)
白班培训期：2,000RMB/月
夜班正式上岗期：4,100以上/月（含夜班津贴，实际夜班津贴按当月工作日计
算）
实习期间提供免费食宿，水电及WIFI 空调。
Day shift training：2000RMB/Month
Night shift: Over 4100RMB/Month
5.工作职责(Job Responsibility)
作为一名国际英语客服，需要接听来自北美地区的消费者的售后电话，为消费
者提供售后服务，包括产品故障排除指导，更换损坏售后零件，帮助消费者在
电话中下单购买以及解答消费者产品问题等。
As a global English-speaking service agent, you need to provide service to
consumers from North America (U.S. and Canada), answering their phone
calls on product enquiries, trouble shooting, issuing warranty claim, helping
consumers to purchase and place spare part order over the phone, replying
