岗位职责：
1、 主要从事CBOT大豆期货及国内粕类、油脂类期货的交易，跟踪公司的现货采购业务，完成与期货点价等相关的工作；
2、 跟踪国内外大豆市场行情及相关数据，形成研发报告和交易策略建议；
3、 判断大宗商品期货的交易机会，根据策略进行交易，执行交易指令，并跟踪交易进展，对交易结果进行总结和分析；
4、 对交易风险进行控制，包括设置止损点、止盈点等，对单笔交易进行风险评估；
5、 根据需要与公司内外部进行沟通，了解相关信息，以便及时调整策略；
6、 定期对市场行情、交易策略进行总结和回顾，不断提高交易水平。
岗位要求：
1、 能适应CBOT交易时间段工作节奏；
2、 不限工作经验，本科以上期货、金融、经济或理工类相关专业，热爱期货行业，研究生及英语优秀者优先；
3、 具备大宗商品期货交易的基本知识，了解期货交易的业务流程和相关风险；
4、 具备较强的市场分析能力，熟悉期货市场的基本规律及常见交易策略；
5、 具备较强的沟通能力和团队合作精神，能够胜任具有挑战性的岗位；
6、 具有较强的自我管理和学习能力，适应快速变化的市场需求。
Job Responsibilities: 1. Mainly engaged in the trading of CBOT soybean futures and domestic meal and oil futures, tracking the company's spot purchasing business, and completing the work related to futures pricing; 2. Track the domestic and foreign soybean market and related data, and form R & D reports and trading strategy recommendations; 3. Judge the trading opportunities of bulk commodity futures, trade according to the strategy, execute the trading instructions, track the trading progress, and summarize and analyze the trading results; 4. Control the transaction risk, including setting stop-loss point, stop-profit point, etc., and assess the risk of a single transaction; 5, according to the need to communicate with the company's internal and external, understand the relevant information, in order to adjust the strategy in time; 6. Regularly summarize and review the market situation and trading strategies, and constantly improve the trading level.
Job requirements: 1. Be able to work during the CBOT transaction period; 2. Unlimited working experience, bachelor degree or above in futures, finance, economics or science and engineering, love the futures industry; 3. Have the basic knowledge of commodity futures trading, understand the business process and related risks of futures trading; 4. Strong market analysis ability, familiar with the basic rules of the futures market and common trading strategies; 5. Have a good sense of risk control and be familiar with the methods of risk assessment in the futures market; 6. Have strong communication skills and team spirit, and be competent for challenging positions; 7.
