岗位职责Main responsibility：
1 定义和管理工业项目，包括 Define and manage industrial projects, including：
- 与设计以及商务团队确认项目的可行性以及商业价值；Cooperating with design team, commercial team to determine the technical feasibility and the economic value of a project or study.
- 在部门经理的监督下管理分配的项目或子项目；必要时采取相关纠正措施。Managing assigned projects or subprojects under supervision of the manager； Take corrective actions when necessary.
2 制定和实施工艺改进项目，包括但不局限于：Develop and implement process improvement programs, include but not limited to:
- 跟进自己领域内的科技动态和市场变化；Follow up scientific and technological developments and market evolutions within the own domain.
- 不断研究创新方法和解决方案，并提出工艺改进建议；Continuously research innovative approach and solutions, and develop proposals for process improving.
-支持精益生产项目；Support manufacturing excellence program
- 为产品和技术研究项目的开发做出贡献；Contribute to the development of product and technology research programs.
- 根据其经理的要求执行有关工厂绩效、生产产能和工艺改进项目有效性的具体研究。Execute on demand of his/her manager specific studies about plant performance, production capacity utilization, and the effectiveness of process improvement projects.
- 为草案和项目的指定做出贡献；Contribute to the development of proposals and projects
- 协调和跟踪工厂工艺改进项目。Coordinate and follow up plant process improvement projects
3 新产品在工艺过程中的实施。 Implement new products in the industrial process.
- 在中试工厂或（直接）工业工厂测试新产品的生产;Test the production of new products in a pilot plant or (directly) in the industrial plant.
- 在工厂中进行试生产，以评估产品质量，产能，费用，以及对工厂绩效的影响；Perform test-production in an industrial plant in order to evaluate the quality of the product, the capacity, the cost, the impact on the performance of the plant.
- 分析和定义生产新产品所需的生产工艺的修改。Analyze and define the modifications to the production process needed to produce the new product.
4 遵守HSE法规，质量标准以及公司政策。Support compliance with HSE regulations, quality standards and company policies
- 确保自己的行为遵守 HSE 规则，法规和政策。Ensure that the own activities and initiatives respect the HSE rules, regulations and policies.
- 在遵守 HSE 规则、法规和政策方面为经理提供支持。Support the manager regarding the compliance with HSE rules, regulations and policies.
5 为组织提供工艺技术信息和建议 Provide process technology information and advice to the organization
- 协助经理对产品和协议开发部门提供支持；Assist the manager in his support activities towards the business and to product development department.
- 在部门经理的支持下，整理包括技术工艺和工艺信息在内的各种文件和数据，编制工艺书和报告。Compile all kinds of documents and data including technical technology and process information and prepare process book and reports, under supervision of the manager.
任职要求Competencies：
- 全日制大学本科及以上，化学或化学工程相关专业，海外留学硕士经验优先College or above, chemistry or chemical engineering
- 良好的英文听说读写能力，需要英文面试；Good at English listening/speaking/reading/ writing
- 愿意并善于学习； Willing to learn new knowledge
- 积极主动并勇于负责 Be proactive and responsible
- 可以接受出差 Business trip acceptable
