About the Business

Generative AI (Gen-AI) represents a huge opportunity to unleash the creativity of the billions of people globally who use our technologies. To better support and bring our Gen-AI capabilities to help offerings develop and transform our clients’ organizations with our Gen-AI solutions, we are looking for a Gen-AI Specialist to join our team, responsible for conducting cutting-edge AI research and driving innovations in areas such as natural language processing, computer vision, or other Gen-AI domains. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with top-tier AI scientists and engineers, tackle complex problems, and push the frontiers of the field.

Work You'll Do

Design, implement and evaluate Gen-AI models and algorithms, including but not limited to models based on Transformer architecture such as GPT, BERT, etc.

Perform research on language Gen-AI for applications including but not limited to text summarization, dialogue system, language translation, code generation, etc.

Perform research on audio-visual Gen-AI for applications including but not limited to image generation, audio generation, etc.

Disseminate research results. ? Partner with engineers, data scientists, product managers, and consultants to identify Gen-AI solutions suitable for the business needs.

Talk to internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and design solutions to address them.

Based on the project, help analyse and improve the efficiency, scalability and stability of the corresponding deployed Gen-AI models.

Assess and solve engineering challenges related to Gen-AI models, including but not limited to model hallucinations, semantic consistency, etc.

Generate business value or solve business cases in real world by leveraging Gen-AI and related technologies.
