POSITION PURPOSE

The Marketing Intern based in Shanghai, works with Marketing team is a key day to day implementer of our marketing daily work. You will help execute communication tactics, will work closely with other members of the marketing team to distribute communications and administrative support to the marketing function.
RESPONISIBILITIES -
- Work collaboratively across the China marketing team, including Brand, Digital, Creative and VM.
- Responsible for copy translation coordination between China and Global.
- Work closely with the team in collecting and compiling requested information and reports.
- Work closely with the team and cross-functional for assets production, e.g. Price list update.
- Assist in marketing team administrative function and other ad-hoc duties, e.g. maintain inventory supplies, handle monthly marketing expense accrual, proceed project payments etc.

Skills & Attributes Needed:
- Strong command in English and added advantage with Chinese speaking and writing skills
- Major in advertising, PR, or marketing functions
- Strong organizational, time and self-management skills, with a high level of attention to detail
- Tactful and excellent follow through skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills - great communicator
- Knowledge of marketing functional areas; including products, distribution, creative, retail, digital and social
- A practical, positive attitude and adept at problem solving.
- Strong computer skills, proficient use of Microsoft Office, Outlook and Internet
