1.负责终端用户的桌面运维支持包括办公电脑和产线的工业电脑； Responsible for end user help desk job, including office computers and industrial computers in production line； 2.门禁系统的权限管理，考勤系统维护； Access control system authority management, attendance system maintenance； 3.监控系统的管理和维护； CCTV system management and maintenance； 4.定期做好IT机房巡检； Perform regular IT server room inspection； 5.OA新账户的创建及管理； Create and manage OA account for new user； 6.用户电脑的软件安装和卸载，邮件问题的处理； Software installation and uninstallation of user's computer, mail issues handling； 7.网络故障的排查支持工作； Troubleshoot network faults support job； 8.IT资产管理，变动登记及定期盘点； IT asset management, change registration and periodic inventory； 9.IT配件购买询价工作； IT accessories purchase ask the quotation job； 10.新项目的支持及领导安排的其他任务； New project support and other tasks assigned by leader； 11.创建和编辑IT标准作业指导文件； Create and edit IT SOP documents； 12.新员工入职IT方面做简单的培训； Do simple IT training for new employees； 13.打印机故障的简单调试和处理。 Simple debugging and processing of printer failure.
