岗位职责：
1. 生产标准、定额的制定，包括作业标准，流程制定，工时、产能定额的制定，各种用量、存量的定额制定等
2. 进行生产评估、分析改善、降低制造成本。包括成本分析、核算、投资回报评估，需求、预算、生产效率、耗材损耗、品质不良成本分析改善等
3. 进行生产现场规划、设计，包括工厂规划、物流设计规划、线体layout设计、设备需求量评估等
4. 生产运营流程优化和E化系统的实施，设计优化流程，沟通IT和业务需求单位，确保E化系统落地实施
5. 生产技术支援和提升，包括生产异常问题的解决，培训提升生产人员的工作技能。

任职资格：
1、统招本科及以上学历，工业工程专业。
2、具有较强的沟通与协调能力，有较强的责任心，能适应较大的工作压力。
