在项目经理的指导下，负责相关行业中高端人才寻访项目，具体工作内容包括：
1、 针对性进行行业分析和区域市场分析，了解客户的市场定位和业务优势，分析招聘痛点；
2、 根据客户的招聘计划，结合市场人才供需情况，制定人才寻访方案；
3、 为候选人提供（不限于）以下服务：行业信息分享、简历优化、面试辅导、薪资谈判、离职辅导、快速适应新公司等；
4、 与客户和候选人保持长期良好的合作关系。
