Participate in the communication of client briefs/requirements in collaboration with the client's business team, and understand /output what CXM's strategy and consulting services can support/ enable them.
协同客户业务团队参与客户Brief/需求的沟通，并理解和输出CXM战略与咨询服务在其中能提供支持和服务内容

Support on market research, customer experience journeys analysis, as well as collaborate with team to sort out key business objectives and metrics during CXM Strategy and Consulting Services delivery project.
协助完成CXM战略与咨询服务项目交付任务中的市场调研、客户体验旅程的整理和分析、以及同团队沟通并疏理关键业务目标和指标。

Support on optimizing the credential deck for CXM Strategy & Consulting and proactively engage with relevant business team timely.
支持整理和完善CXM战略与咨询团队的服务内容和价值陈述材料，并能及时和相关业务团队进行积极沟通。

Have in-depth understanding of the industry, vertical insights, and figure out the KPIs system of business
对行业有深入理解、垂直洞察力，并疏理出行业特性的业务指标体系

Any other tasks and duties that the line manager/company assigns
Job Requirements；

Qualifications

Experience as Consultant/ Pre-sales in a media company or in the AdTech, MarTech industry or in a headline internet company is preferred.
在媒体公司或AdTech, MarTech行业或者头部互联网公司有相关咨询和售前从业经验的优先

Proactive communication and teamwork skills, ability to learn and understand quickly
